Barry--You did an excellent job of describing how I felt this week. Whatever was in the way, it was a rough week for me selling Good Time Cards.
I realized I didn't want to sell any cards. I didn't mind talking to people. I didn't want the responsibility of having sold them something. Somehow, I felt responsible whether they actually had a good time when they used the card.
People Approached: 18
Presentations: 17
Sales: 1 Good Time Card
I ran into 2 people today who asked me what the card would do for them. I drew a blank. I came up with an answer after the fact.

I usually said that they could put it in their wallet/purse and take it out when they are feeling blue. Or, give it to a friend who is down and invite them out for a good time. OR, they could just remember the crazy guy who sold you the good time card.
Never had anyone ask what it would do for them.
